Driving School App: No Refunds. Users are provided 3 days free trial. During the free trial all the preimium features of the application are available to the user. Users are encouraged to utilise the free trial and evaluate features before purchasing the premium package. Once purchased, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
Simulator sessions: Due to external issues like hardware / power failures, there may be instances where we may not be able to provide the sevice at the booked slot time. In that case we will try our best to ensure that the service is provided to you within 24 hrs of the slot booked. In case we fail to provide the service within 24 hrs of the booked slot, complete amount will be refunded in cash.
Cancellation of Simulator Sessions: Cancellation is allowed only 24hrs prior to the booking time. Refund amount for cancellation: Rs.50/- will be deducted for handling charges. Hence refund for cancellation = Booking Fee - Rs. 50/-
